The following information refers to Job Networks who are looking to enrol a client into a course at the Preston Neighbourhood House. 

 

Preston Neighbourhood House looks forward to a successful partnership with you in 2010. We have many new and exciting courses on offer as you can see in the classes menu on the left. 
 Clients have the option of enrolling in 
* Education & training programs,  
* Leisure & recreational activities,   
* Programs for people with disabilities,   
* English Language courses,   
* Preparation for Work modules targeting ESL students, 
* Occasional Childcare Centre. 

 For 2010 we also intend to offer training in Certificate 111 in Children’s Services. Please contact the office for further details. 9484 5806

Enrolment Guidelines 

In order to assist us in streamlining the enrolment of your clients we have implemented the following strategies; We ask that all of your enquiries regarding enrolments and courses go to Catriona Williams directly. Catriona can be contacted via email catriona@prestonhouse.org.au  or by phone on 9484 5806.Points to remember:

·        All enrolments require an ‘authority to invoice’ and may be downloaded from our web site or arranged with Catriona via email. It is only upon receipt of this authority that the enrolment is confirmed.

·        Preston Neighbourhood House will forward enrolment and course information directly to your client upon receipt of above.

·        According to our ACFE funding guidelines we cannot charge concession prices to agencies that are also Government funded. If you are a not-for-profit organisation that does not attract Government funding, then you are eligible for concession. Evidence needs to be provided.

·        We are prepared to extend the discounted ‘PNH Member’ price to job agencies provided that the $7 annual membership for each client is paid.

·        An Administration Fee of $20 per class will be charged to any Agency who requires client tracking and attendance information.

·         All invoices are issued for 30 day payment. Late payment of invoices will incur a $20 administration fee.

All Classes for Term three 2010 will begin the week starting the 12th July 2010
