Venue Rooms for hire can be seen here! The Preston Neighbourhood House has 8 rooms available for hire. They vary in size from small meeting rooms to large halls including kitchen areas. One hall has the capacity to hold up to 100 people and the other holds around 60 people. Facilities include tables, chairs, heating and cooling.
Long term, on-going venue hire is welcome. Our outdoor fully fenced play ground is ideal for children’s birthday parties. You can even fit a jumping castle inside, this makes it great for winter birthday parties.
We have a fully equipped Computer Lab with 12 student computers and ADSL Internet (newly referbished, with brand new computers) as well as a smaller community access room with 4 fully equipped computers. Equipment available for hire includes TV, VCR/DVD, CD players, Data Projector, Overhead Projectors, Whiteboards in all rooms and an Interactive Whiteboard in two rooms. All rooms have heating, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The rental rates vary depending on room size, duration of use and equipment required. Public Liability Insurance can be arranged for one off hire. Alcohol cannot be served or consumed at any function.
